Brittany Williamson and Dustin Poppin

July 16, 2016

On Christmas morning, Brittany opened her gift from Dustin: a jewelry cleaning kit. “I thought it was a really creative gift and told him my promise ring could definitely use it!” says Brittany. Dustin replied, “That’s a great idea; however, I think it’s time we replaced it.” He then knelt and pulled out her engagement ring. For Brittany, the most memorable moment of her wedding day was praying with Dustin before the ceremony, holding hands around a corner so they wouldn’t see each other. Another special moment for them was when Dustin’s grandfather, who passed away shortly after the wedding, blessed their marriage. “Having him speak at the wedding and pray his blessing over us was so important to both of us and will forever be one of the best parts of the day,” says Brittany.
