SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
for Styled Shoots and Other Submissions
STYLED SHOOT SUBMISSIONS
Alaska Bride & Groom is accepting styled shoots from across the state to feature in our upcoming issues. If you are a vendor who was recently involved in an inspiration shoot, this is for you! We look for high-quality photos and interesting wedding concepts to inspire the next Alaska brides.
WHO CAN SUBMIT A STYLED SHOOT: The photographer or any of the vendors involved with the shoot are able to submit. Usually the photographer takes the lead and submits on behalf of the others, but that is not a rule.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Please fill out the form below and include a link to high-resolution professional images.
WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED: Please include 20-50 photos that highlight the most unique and special elements of the styled shoot. Good choices include: the “bride & groom,” cake and/or desserts, flowers, decorations, tablescapes, themed elements, things that are uniquely Alaska, as well as photos that really show off the setting or venue.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: All submissions will be considered for either the print publication or our website. If your submission is received before July 21, 2026, and you are selected for print, you will be notified prior to August 6, 2026 for the 2027 Issue (on newsstands in October 2026).
NOTE: If the shoot is selected for further consideration, we will contact the submitter for additional information. Thank you for thinking of Alaska Bride & Groom and we look forward to seeing your beautiful work!
OTHER SUBMISSIONS
Did you recently participate in, or provide services for, a beautiful wedding-related event (bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, engagement shoot, etc.)? Or did you participate in providing an exquisite detail at a recent wedding celebration (cake, floral design, tablescape, etc.)? Please share your photos and the story/inspiration behind them for a possible feature in Alaska Bride & Groom.

WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED: Please include no more than 50 photos that highlight the most unique and special elements of the event and/or special detail.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: All submissions will be considered for either the print publication or our website. If your submission is received before July 21, 2026, and you are selected for print, you will be notified prior to August 6, 2026 for the 2027 Issue (on newsstands in October 2026).
