DESCRIPTION

Alaska’s Most Unique Venue for Weddings, Corporate Events, Luncheons, Board Meeting, Retreats, Team Building, and Intimate Gatherings, Bison Hall at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. AWCC offers a peaceful and scenic setting for the ultimate Alaska experience where guests will be surrounded by stunning mountains, Alpine Glaciers, the Turnagain Arm Inlet, and Alaska’s beautiful wildlife.

Bison Hall is the perfect place to host any event from black tie to down home! Bison Hall is a barn-like building with high vaulted ceilings showcasing wood beams, a moose antler chandelier, and large windows that allow natural light to flow in. Bison Hall is available for rent throughout the year with capacity for 150 guests.

If you rent Bison Hall then you can use the Point, with gazebo, for no extra charge which is a great place to take photos during your event.

We also have wildlife presentation add-ons, which is a fun and engaging way to get photos with the wildlife!

Bison Hall rentals also include admission into the center for all your guests. As we are a non-profit, all the proceeds from your event go straight back to helping Alaska’s wildlife!

Located at Mile 79 of the Seward Highway, the sanctuary maintains over 200 acres of spacious habitats for resident animals to feel at home displaying their natural wild behavior. It is common for visitors to see brown bears swimming, moose strutting, wood bison roaming, muskox playing, wolves posing, porcupines climbing, and more!
